Scroll down and click on “Contact Us.”

Select the issue category and look for options to chat, call, or email a Google Support specialist.
Provide them with the details and mention that you’re unable to verify your business page despite multiple attempts.
In the description of your problem, be sure to say that you’re seeing the message ‘no more ways to verify’.
Ask the support team to make live video verification an option on your profile. Once they do, you will be able to verify by video (while connected to a live agent).
